Who we are:
The Tomorrow Fund offers financial and emotional support to children
with cancer and their families at The Tomorrow Fund Clinic at Hasbro
Childrens Hospital. Founded in 1985, The Tomorrow Fund supports
programs to provide:
Financial assistance:
- Daily monetary stipends for meals when a child is hospitalized
- Hospital parking passes for families throughout the
course of treatment
- Assistance with all phases of home expenses when the
need arises
- Help with the costs of medication and co-payments not
covered by heath care providers
- Assistance with bone marrow transplant travel expenses
- A Funeral Fund for those children who lose their battle
with cancer and whose families cannot afford such expenses
Emotional support:
- Pediatric oncology Social Workers
- Parent Consultants
- Child Life Specialists
- Professionally-led support
Research and Outreach:
- Educational programs for the community which help to raise
public awareness about the special needs of children with cancer
- Support for medical and psychosocial research in the field
of childhood cancer
Support to Clinic:
- Enhancements to the physical space, including theme
murals in the exam rooms
- Specialized equipment needed by the medical staff
- Snacks, crafts, and other diversions for patients and
their families

We’ve been helping children with cancer for 20 years!
There is a child
with cancer in every city and town in RI and nearby MA who is being
helped by The Tomorrow Fund.
Last year, children
with cancer spent more than 2,500 nights in Hasbro Childrens
Hospital.
