ABOUT MY GIVING PAGE

Hello everyone! We are the Friar Future Force, a group of six seniors from Providence College who are diligently working to raise money for the Tomorrow Fund. We are currently enrolled in an Organizational Theory class, and our semester long project is to collaborate with a local charity, with hopes of raising money on their behalf. We decided to work with the Tomorrow Fund for a variety of reasons. We all have stories in which cancer has deeply impacted us, and the one that brought us closest together was one of the members on our team’s girlfriend being diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 12. This extreme amount of care and enthusiasm in helping any way we can is being funneled into the Tomorrow Fund to make as big an impact as we can by raising funds and increasing awareness for the charity. Our goal is to bring about more awareness and resources to the Tomorrow Fund, so that those dealing with childhood cancer may continue to grow and become beacons of strength and hope just like our loved ones who experienced what they did in the past.
